There are a number of programs sponsored by retailers that provide a donation to Holy Rosary School if you designate us as your preferred charity. For example, we received a check from Kwik Trip Rewards because 12 different Kwik Trip card holders listed us as the preferred charity. If you have a store credit card from a retailer, ask them if they participate in a charity program. If Holy Rosary School is not listed as a preferred charity, contact our principal immediately. Holy Rosary will be added post haste.
The procurement of SCRIP can help finance your child's or grandchild's tuition. SCRIP is prepaid gift cards representing numerous local and regional restaurants and retail services - These are establishments that you already visit on a weekly or monthly basis. A percentage of the total gift card value is applied as a tuition credit.
For those with children in the school - or any one wishing to donate to a specific family's tuition account - simply designate the family account and 50% of the the net proceeds will go toward their school tuition. If you do not designate a specific family, the whole of the proceeds goes to the school and we use that money to purchase material on our wish list and offset the budget as a whole.

With both of the above options, you are actually donating money to the school without spending anything beyond what you currently spend.
Often you can sign up on line for extra bonus points, this is usually true of the Boxtop Program but check out the others as well for offers of bonus points.
Another way to donate to the school without incurring any extra expense is to save boxtop symbols that state, Box Tops Education (usually found on General Mills' products).
Save the point label from specially marked Campbell's soup products
The caps and codes from Kemps, Golden Guernsey and Kwik Trip milk and water products earn us 5 Centers per cap. The Kwik Trip product earns 10 cents per gallon if you buy your milk in 1/2 gallon bags and it is less costly than the 1 gallon jug.
Printer Cartridges and Cell PhonesThere is a bin for your old printer cartridges and cell phones. You can drop them off anytime.
Please save codes from the caps and cases of the various coca-cola products and bring to the school office. We are earning points towards a K-8 phy-ed equipment update.
Goodsearch.com will pay us 1 cent per yahoo search that you do from their site. Simply use goodsearch.com and select Holy Rosary Church and School, Medford, WI as your charity. They also have a good buy program where your purchases from on-line retailers like Barnes and Noble, Amazon, EBay etc. will earn a percentage paid back to school.
Spirit Wear is logo'd apparel. Holy Rosary Catholic School does not receive any funds with the sale of these items; however, when the garments are worn pride is demonstrated and awareness is enhanced of our fine institution. Consider purchasing an item that you would proudly wear to a sporting event or the local grocery store.

Holy Rosary School is always thankful for volunteers (18 years of age or older) and their gift of time. You may assist a teacher in a classroom, provide playground or lunch room assistance, administrative help in the office, chaperon a fieldtrip, and/or other opportunities.
Please know that the diocesan policy requires a background check on all volunteers involved in working directly with the children. You will also be required to complete a Morals & Ethics Policy Assurance Statement, The Code of Conduct Acknowledgement, Acknowledgement of Parish Volunteer Personnel Policies, and a Volunteer Information Form. - It sounds overwhelming, but it truly isn't. We most certainly would appreciate your presence and God's loving assistance.
There are numerous occasions throughout the year that a committee is organized to plan and execute an event. Examples include Pancake Breakfasts, A Holiday Gift Shop (an opportunity for kids to shop for their parents & siblings), Church & School Fall Festival, Book Fair, School-wide Garage Sale, and many others. If you are an organized or creative individual, or just enjoy event coordination, please sign-up for one or more of these events.
Donations and memorials of nearly every kind are welcomed. None are too small or too large. Tuition Scholarships are never turned down.
